Steve Campbell

Hello, my name is Steve, and I am a dad first and a writer second., …and I’m the author of this series of truths we call The Underbelly Cases. I am a father of one and a dad to many, and all of my children, but one, fall within the written page. I was brought up with old truths and simple times; there was not much to do but believe in what could be. These tales have no beginning or ending; they are just there. Many of these tales were made up when I was a young kid to make a toy or item I had more than it was. When you have little, you make it big in your mind. When my son was young, we would sit in his room at night, and I would make up wild stories about characters like The Wood Carver, characters who might travel to strange places or simply experience an incredible journey down a road filled with people who would change their lives forever. Those bedtime stories slowly evolved into many of the full stories, which are now printed or will be. I have not been an author until this series of books started. This is an amazing journey for me as the author, and for you, just as it was when my son was falling asleep. Even now, you will find no adult language or descriptions in any of my books because when you tell a good story, profanity has no place. That comes from my own dad.
